Join architectural historian David Evans as he explores a true icon of the English architectural landscape for centuries, the English Cathedral. During this fascinating course we will examine exactly what we mean by the term Cathedral, consider the people, incredible skill and dedication it took to build them and the incredible materials they used to build these magnificent structures.
Our home for the day will be the stunning surroundings of Pennard House, a Grade II listed manor house nestled in the idyllic Somerset countryside. The friendly team at Pennard will ensure you are well looked after throughout your visit with a beautiful 2-course lunch and refreshments, not to mention a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
