Join tutor Diane Janes as we consider three real life cases of murder, or suspected murder, which occurred in England between 1900-1975, and you the jury will consider the evidence presented, reach your own verdict and then decide whether or not justice was well served by the historical outcome. The cases have all been selected with an eye to the insight they can give us on various aspects of our judicial system, or our social history. No advance preparation is required, but students will find a pen, a notebook and an open mind invaluable!
